The Formica Brothers Bakery has been a Ducktown Atlantic City tradition since 1919 when the present owners grandfather, Frank Formica, opened the bakery. His grandson, also named Frank, continues the tradition of making outstanding rolls and breads.

The White House Sub shop, which is right across the street from the bakery, considers Formica Bakery rolls one of the most important ingredients in it's famous subs. The Bakery delivers rolls, baked in a gas fired brick oven, up to 12 times a day, often still warm from the oven, to keep up on the demand for White House Subs.

The bakery also bakes an extensive selection of Italian and Artesian breads that are used
in some of Atlantic City's better restaurants. The Old Homestead Steakhouse, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and The Wolfgang Puck American Grill are Formica Bakery customers.

They also bake dinner rolls, cookies, cannoli pastries, biscotti and Frank's grandmother Rosa's famous Italian Tomato Pie.

The bakery bakes continuously around the clock, seven days a week in order to ensure only the freshest products reach their customers daily.

Frank recently refurbished his storefront, turning it into an attractive Caf'e with wi-fi access and fresh brewed coffee.

More recently a second Formica Brothers. Bakery Cafe was opened in Northfield, NJ.
